Physical Activity Classes - April 13, 2017
 
The Employee Health and Wellness Division is pleased to announce that we will continue to partner with the Park and Leisure Services department to offer a better and enhanced Wellness Incentive Program.  This December, all eligible City of Laredo employees (those with medical benefits) will be able to earn a Wellness Incentive credit by attending a physical activity class.  Each month, a different type of physical activity class will be provided at one of our Recreation Centers.  The classes will range from zumba, aerobics, karate, yoga to name a few. 
 
Please note this is an addition to our current Wellness Incentive Program and is optional to those who want to earn a point by staying ACTIVE!!!
 
To all those who attend, the Parks and Leisure Services department will give a 7-day FREE pass to attend any of our 12 Recreation Centers and the Employee Health and Wellness division will raffle out a gym bag (See below).
