Harassment, bullying and retaliation are three words most of us have heard of.  But, what do they mean?  Retaliation is the single largest basis the EEOC investigates, harassment is a persistent problem in workplaces and bullying is on the rise.  In this training we will discuss how the law looks at these issues.  We will also learn what responsibilities we all have, and what we should do if we experience or witness these acts, because a good, productive workplace is everyone's responsibility.
