City of Laredo Directors, Managers, and Supervisor took part in attending a 60 minute Reasonable Suspicion Training for DOT and Non-DOT employees. Training material was provided by a Robert Moran from Laredo Examiners. Training included an overview of drug and alcohol policy and how to determine if an employee is suspected to be under the influence of either drugs and/or alcohol.
